Compensation and Benefits Specialist
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist, reporting to the Director of Global Talent Reward, will be responsible for the following activities:
Contribute to the compensation and benefits budget definition, including the regular monitoring and reporting;
Manages and coordinates C&B processes like the salary review, short term incentive, benefits introduction;
Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness;
Manages different schemes of the variable remuneration;
Supports HR Business Partners and line managers in the application/implementation of Compensation policies.
Cooperates for designing and developing compensation policies;
Contribute to the implementation and maintainement of the HR Information System E-Compensation module.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experiences:
University Degree in Economics, Statistics or equivalent;
At least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles in structured companies, experience in listed companies is a plus;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Preferential SAP Success Factor;
Strong and proven analytical and time management skills, proactive, organized, flexible, results oriented;
Good communication skills and team player.
