The interior has the DECORATIONS and low reliefs typical of Art Nouveau style as well as the banister of the internal staircase has the typical design of that time.
The first floor has 2 TERRACES one of 6 sqm facing the street and one of 54 sqm, panoramic and reserved, on the side facing the car park. The fenced garden has a well for water supply (in addition to that provided by the municipality).
The first and second floors offer a beautiful view of the hills of the middle Tiber valley.

The property is in need of renovation and modernisation.
