Italian subsidiary of a multinational company
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Accountant assures all accounting processes (revenue recognition, payables, accruals), maintenance of the statutory books in accordance with the Italian accounting standards, tax and legal requirements; support the internal and external audits (financial audits, SOA etc.).
He/She will carry out the following activities:
Daily booking of bank and cash transactions;
Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements: GL account reconciliation, cost accruals, Deferred revenue, depreciation and amortization
Support payment management and related taxes (for example withholding taxes) respecting the scheduled deadlines;
Support the drafting of mandatory tax declarations and asset management;
Assisting auditors during the preparation and verification of the financial statements by recovering and providing all the necessary documentation.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Administration, with a minimum of 3/4 years of experience in general ledger departments in dynamic and multinational companies.
Furthermore, he/she is service and customer-oriented, dynamic and flexible, organized and accurate.
He/She has professional experience in standard computer programs (MS Office, Excel especially), SAP system and preferably IRFS.
Fluent Italian and English.
