A0302 - E??? una luminosa giornata di maggio, calda e ventilata. Abbiamo appuntamento alla pieve di Brancoli. Impossibile sbagliare! Dalla strada statale del Brennero, a circa 10 km da Lucca, imbocchiamo in località Vinchiana la strada che sale lungo le pendici montuose dell???Altopiano delle Pizzorne e ci inoltriamo nel territorio della Brancoleria. Percorrendo la stretta strada costeggiamo piccoli appezzamenti ricoperti di olivi e più saliamo più il panorama si apre. Lo sguardo spazia dal fiume Serchio, che proprio qui sotto fa il suo ingresso nella piana di Lucca, fino ai Monti Pisani sul lato opposto. Una vista meravigliosa!
E??? bella la Brancoleria. Boscosa e fresca, un po??? defilata, quasi nascosta e dimenticata ma ricca di testimonianze del passato e di luoghi storici da conoscere.
Si entra nella proprietà attraverso un cancello carrabile automatico. Subito di fronte si apre un grande garage interrato che può ospitare comodamente una macchina, una moto e servire anche da rimessa per gli attrezzi. Ci pare ottimo! Proprio sopra il garage la terrazza panoramica???
La casa è di dimensioni contenute, assolutamente funzionale, e con tutto, ma proprio tutto quello che serve per viverci comodamente. Prima di tutto la praticità di un???abitazione disposta su di un unico piano. Ingresso, soggiorno con caminetto, cucina, 2 camere, bagno, ripostiglio, sottotetto non abitabile ma utile come spazioso ripostiglio. Poi la stanza al piano terreno, ben separata dal resto della casa e con il suo ingresso autonomo, che può avere molteplici usi. Una stanza per la lettura e per il gioco ma anche per il lavoro... In alternativa lo spazio è utilissimo come stanza armadi/guardaroba o ulteriore rimessa. Insomma una risorsa interessantissima! Subito fuori, la panchetta coperta è il posto ideale per concedersi un momento di relax!
Girando intorno alla casa poi scopriamo che ci sono un forno a legna ed un barbecue!
Come se non bastasse, proprio dietro al forno si affaccia una terrazza erbosa che potrebbe ospitare un orticello o un angolo riservato e ottimo per posizionare una piccola piscina da appoggio o una vasca idromassaggio da esterno per alleviare il caldo estivo in totale riservatezza!
Tutto questo spazio esterno è collegato da percorsi e tramite un bel pergolato ricoperto da una pianta di kiwi e da un gelsomino profumatissimo, si arriva alla bella terrazza coperta, da cui si gode un panorama davvero magnifico! Uno dei molti punti di forza della proprietà e sicuramente il più seducente. Molto grande, può ospitare un salotto da esterno e un grande tavolo per godere al massimo dello spazio esterno durante la bella stagione.
Qui ci fermiamo il tempo sufficiente per decidere che questa è decisamente una casa a misura. Perfetta per una famigliola, per chi vuole vivere in un ambiente naturale più puro, in cerca di riservatezza e panorami da ammirare o per chi vuole investire nel settore delle locazioni turistiche. Perfetta perché di giuste dimensioni, perché il fuori è facilmente gestibile, perché ha né più né meno tutto quello che serve.
Ci piace decisamente tanto!
A monte della casa la proprietà si estende ancora con qualche terrazzamento dove si trovano alcune piante di olivo.

It is a bright May day, warm and breezy. We have an appointment at the parish church of Brancoli. Impossible to go wrong! From the Brennero state road, about 10 km from Lucca, we take the road in Vinchiana that climbs along the mountain slopes of the Pizzorne plateau and we enter the Brancoleria area. Along the narrow road we skirt small plots covered with olive trees and the higher we climb the more the panorama opens up. The view extends from the Serchio river, which enters the plain of Lucca right below, up to the Monti Pisani on the opposite side. A wonderful view! The Brancoleria is beautiful. Wooded and fresh, a little secluded, almost hidden and forgotten but full of testimonies of the past and historical places to discover.
You enter the property through an automatic driveway gate. Immediately opposite there is a large underground garage which can comfortably house a car, a motorbike and also serve as a tool shed. We think it's great! Just above the garage, the panoramic terrace???
The house is small in size, absolutely functional, and with everything, absolutely everything you need to live there comfortably. First of all the practicality of a house arranged on one floor. Entrance, living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, utility room, attic not habitable but useful as a spacious closet.
