SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
SPOTAHOME is looking for a driven Sales Operations Manager with strong sales operations experience. We want to help scale our high-growth business and build our operational foundation. The ideal candidate loves to balance execution & operations with strategic planning.
As a scrappy problem solver and a self-starter, you will help build and improve sales and customer processes, workflow efficiencies, data, and metrics. You should have experience with and enjoy supporting Services, Success, and Sales, building operational and forecasting processes, analyzing large and complex data sets, and improving our systems and tools (CRM, data warehouses, Zendesk, etc). You will be working highly cross-functionally with a focus on the Supply Side; Sales, Finance, Data, and Strategy.
Responsible of the sales technology and the improvement of the sales force efficiency; CRM - Ticketing tools - Call Center tool
Configuration of existing tools
Collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business
Develop recommendations and prepare presentations for senior management.
Team Onboarding Process and tools training documentation
Research of potential new tools to improve processes
Definition of new processes and workflows
Documentation and communication of processes and workflows
New services or product introduction
Identify training needs of the team
3+ years related experience, preferably in a similar role, interfacing with sales leaders.
Knowledge in CRM creation for +100 users
BD in Business, Math, Economics, or related field.
Software industry experience strongly preferred (PMS-Channel Managers- Revenue Management tools - Integrations)
Knowledge in process mapping
Experience preparing and presenting reports for senior management
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
Confident self starter, with ability to work independently
Ability to work in fast-paced and somewhat ambiguous environment
Expert Excel user and Powerpoint “capable”
Borderline obsessed with attention to detail
Experience in startups and Real Estate is a plus
