A0315 - The house, leaning against others, is encountered venturing through the cobbled lanes of a perfectly preserved medieval hamlet in the municipality of Pescaglia, 25 km from Lucca. Charming, cosy and comfortable, it can only be described as a 'gem'. The renovation was completed in 2012 and the maintenance and conservation conditions are excellent, as good as new. The house is connected to the aqueduct and sewage system and except for a few pieces of furniture and objects, it is sold almost completely furnished and ready for habitation.
Strolling through ancient moss-clad stairways, small courtyards and ravines, one ascends to the church, reached by a beautiful flight of steps, which is in a dominant position with respect to the village and offers a beautiful view of the two valleys that meet at this point.
An excellent solution for a couple and/or a small family or as a second home that can also be rented out for tourism purposes.
